VGR LLC Owners

The Bios of two of the three partners of VGR LLC are contained in the pdf. file, below. The third bio is that of Mr. Kent M. Roche, the Managing Partner and is written here.

Mr. Roche has been involved in mining and exploration since 1973 when he worked as a welder for Jerome's Drilling of Missoula Mt. on a uranium exploration project for Exxon in Utah. Later he worked in a similar capacity, for Jerome's Drilling, contracted to USMX, on what became the Montana Tunnels Mine at Jefferson City Mt.

He has also worked underground at Logan Creek, Idaho for American Independence Mining and Milling. He first came to the Gibbonsville District in April 1988 and located 2 claims in Johnson Gulch. These are claims the company still holds today. He acquired the Moon Claims in Vineyard Gulch, in August of 1993 and later that year leased them to American Gold Resources, for 3 years.

In 1991, Mr.Roche was principally involved in the trenching of 2200 linear feet of Forest Service Rds. a short distance north of the present claim block. This project turned up mostly sub economic gold values. However that was at $350 an ounce gold.

In September of 1997, he drilled the Vineyard Gulch Claims and a summary report of that activity is present here as, Interpretation of Assay Data from the Moon Claims/March 1998.

In early 2002 Mr. Roche contacted his lifelong friends, the Roe Brothers and interested them in becoming financial partners and formed VGR LLC. The three men grew up together in Ridgewood, New Jersey during the 1950's. It should be noted here that since the company was formed, the Roe Brothers have invested $950,000 in exploratory activities for Vineyard Gulch Resources LLC.

In 2002, at the time of the formation of VGR LLC, it consisted of 4 Lode Claims and 1 Millsite Claim. Mr. Roche over saw the expansion of the Company to 160 Lode Claims. He was principally involved in the locating, staking and recording of these claims. Since the Companies claims are all located on National Forest land, he has also been responsible for the writing, submission and approval of 8 different Plans of Operation, by the minerals Dept. of the Salmon-Challis National Forest, for exploratory activities by the Company.

Mr. Roche was a 26 year member of the General Laborers and Construction Union International and worked on construction projects in Montana, Seattle and Los Angeles Ca.

Mr. Roche lives in Salmon, Idaho at the time of this writing.
